I had a comprehensive insurance for 1 year with Geico. When I bought this coverage, they did not informed me that collision is not covered in this policy. Today, I met an accident and when I called Geico about claim, they rudely refused to pay attention to my words and just told me that Geico wont cover any of my car damage which is around $3000. I dont understand why the hell was I paying $30-35 extra than liability if my collision was not covered. Customer representative told me that my policy covers disaster and other natural calamities, but does not cover collision. I am a student, why will I opt for covering natural disaster and not collision. With same amount of money that I pay for Geico, I can get much better coverage with other companies.
