Told Me I Was At FaultSep 04 2012
I've had two very reasonable claims where I was not at fault. I even have witnesses and pictures to show that I am not at fault, yet they still decide to say that I'm at fault and raise my rates. The cost of the insurance is horrible as well. One tiny under $1,000 accident, that's repairable if you just buffed the paint out, raised my rates by over 10%. The customer service was horrible as well. You can't even try to talk to the person in charge of the claims. When you try to explain the situation in a front end collision, they automatically say that you are at fault even if the claim was worth looking into.
