Poor Customer Service
I can't seem to get through to someone who will actually help me figure things out. I end up stuck in the automated phone answering maze. I got a bill from my doctor of a procedure that was pre-approved. Excellus denied my claim and won't pay. It was pre-approved! They're supposed to pay!!
