My license is revoked and I am trying to get it back. Esurance offered me a quote even after I told them that It's revoked and It's going to take about 6 weeks to get it back. I need the insurance for the SR22, something I need BEFORE I can request my license back. They took my $200 and sent the SR22 and a notice that said they are canceling my insurance on 3/21 (not even a month) because I have failed to show proof of my license. I will get no refund, even for the 10 days of the rest of the month after they have canceled it. When I spoke to the "new quote" customer service, they promised that they know how long it takes to get the license back and that I had nothing to worry about with them. Most insurance companies offer insurance, to people like me and even though Esurance said they did, they don't!! The customer service for the "already have a policy" are horrendous. They are rude and not helpful at all.
