I saved 100/month when I switched to Esurance. Customer service couldn't be better - thoughtful and considerate and take the time to explain everything. My daughter had an accident and they were right on top of it - very competent and caring. When I thanked them, they said, "that's what you pay for"... I will see what happens to the premium since the accident, but I am very happy at the moment.
