Terrible Customer Service
I called the night before my previous insurance policy was going to expire. The agent told me what I would be paying with Esurance. I would save almost $400/year. The agent told me he would call me back in a half hour so we could get the policy set up. He never called. When I called them, they were going to increase my policy by $500 because there was a lapse in coverage, which was their fault because the agent never called back!
