Offering a wide selection of healthcare insurance plans, Empire Health Insurance offers traditional coverage, as well as a progressive array of health and wellness programs. Child Health Plus offers extensive benefits for children under 19-years of age. This program has over 65,000 in-network healthcare provider locations, with access to 147 hospitals in New York State and border countries of New Jersey and Connecticut.
Health New York provides healthcare benefits to individuals and sole proprietors of businesses. This plan includes in- and out-patient benefits, prescription medicines and emergency room visits.
Direct Pay HMO/POS has the same benefits as a traditional HMO using the in-network healthcare providers. This plan has the additional option of adding on out-of-network POS coverage.

No Coverage!
I can't find any good doctors that are in-network. The bills that I've gotten from the doctors whom I have been able to see haven't been covered by Empire, so I'm left footing the bill. I don't understand what I'm paying for here...
