My father has had long term care through CNA for many years and now that he needs it there is a problem getting his money ( that he paid into for a very long time) every month they take 25+days to actually approve the payment. Their way of handling Senior Citizens is despicable and the attitudes on their customer service department leaves a lot to be desired. If I had to ever choose a long term company for insurance it would not be them. They are a horrific company and seriously I don\'t understand how they get away with the shenanigans they do.
