I am now the third family member trying to resolve payment issues with CNA. My elderly father is seeking $10K overdue payments. I echo all of the problems outlined in these complaints. The consistency of CNA's abuse of the elderly is shameful. They stall, deny coverage when all paperwork has been completed and submitted, you will never talk to the same person twice. Try going up the chain of command - don't bother, same thing but worse. It is truly amazing that this company can get away taking advantage of our seniors at a time in their life when they are dealing with all kinds of difficult medical issues. I don't know how they can sleep at night.
