After paying premiums for Long Term Care Insurance for years, CNA has done everything they can to make it impossible to collect on valid claims for my elderly mother's care. Even when we asked, they never provided us with a list of all the documentations necessary at the outset. They seemed to add requirements as the claim process progressed. You can never speak to the same agent twice. If you ask to speak to a particular person, they are "unavailable" or " out of the office until Monday."
