We were travelling and did not get back in time to make a payment or a timely late payment. It was my understanding that I had filled out some papers that in case I missed a payment (if I had died or was somehow otherwise incapacitated) they would contact my son to let him know a payment was due or late. This did not happen. I called the day we got back and I was told it "was too late" and we (my wife and I) needed to reapply. One month later we got "new" application papers to start the application process anew from the start. This after being a customer for over eleven years with no late payments. There was no appeal process. Talk about a total lack of customer loyalty.
