CNA will waive the premium if you go into a facility but, if you want 24/7 care at home, they will not waive the premium. Customer service is just terrible. If you don't submit just the right stuff, they will ignore your request and never tell you. You have to call and find out why your request was not handled. They will do everything possible to deny or slow down your legitimate claim payment. After receiving benefits for awhile, on the due date for the next payment, they sent me written demand for all new plan of operation documents prepared by the family physician.
