I am taking care of this for my 83 year old mother. I was told that it would be approximately 14 days after filing of claim to get a determination. It has been over 4 months since a claim was filed. Approximately 30 days after filing, I called to find out that they were waiting on some additional information. No request for such information was ever made in writing, email, or phone. Information was faxed immediately to the number provided. Two weeks later, I made another call. There was no record of information being received. I faxed the information again, checked back in two weeks, and was told that did not have a record of the information. I believe that CNA does everything it can to frustrated and delay payment of claims.
