Terrible Customer Service

CNA has terrible customer service and claims service. They will do anything to delay or stall paying out on a claim, usually claiming there is one more approval necessary that will take another 10-14 days. You can fax them the information they need and the customer service rep will tell you she can't receive your fax for about 4 days!
