The person who caused the car accident and damaged my car had Cincinnati Insurance. Everything was a hassle and nothing is done in a timely manner. My car sat at the body shop for 1 ½ weeks before any work was even approved to be started. The adjuster I had to deal with was miserable and rude! Apparently gets a paid to do nothing! Can’t even get him to answer a phone call! It has been over 6 weeks since the accident and I am still waiting for a reimbursement check! Even the auto body shop that repaired my car had the adjuster’s name in large letters near the phone as a known problem. It took over 3 weeks after I was allowed to pick up the car (good thing) before they sent a check and then it went to the wrong place!
