Terminated Coverage

I lost coverage because their online payment system failed to show them my payment until 8 days after I made payment, ON-TIME. Now they won't honor a prescription claim for $150 because they stalled in initially activating my insurance. Cigna customer service told me to pay full price and send in for reimbursement later. After 2 reimbursement denials for different reasons, they still continue to make excuses. It's been over 3 months.
