My husband's world wide company uses Cigna for health coverage and their flexible benefits. They have had our flexible spending account messed up for the entire year. We are not receiving our co-pay reimbursements. I have been given every answer imaginable; my funds are exhausted, I can only draw on actual available funds, our computer doesn't work, you need to send each receipt in manually, etc. They even called me a few days ago to tell me that they are working on my account, but have no answers. I have been actively addressing this since July and now It's mid October. We have paid nearly $2,000 out of pocket that should be reimbursed, but it hasn't. Our dental plan with them also rejected a crown which cost us $1,195, in addition our flexible spending acct hasn't paid us back either and we have over $2,000 of our money sitting in the account. I have talked to at least 5 different people including our broker who cannot even get a solution for me.
