Every year I submit PERFECT claims for my family's exam, glasses, and contacts. Everything is filed exactly according to the instructions on the form. It takes me 3 months or so with multiple phone calls (placed on hold for 5-10 minutes each time, as my cell phone records attest), to straighten out an average of 3-5 CIGNA VISION errors. This year they sent payment to my doctor instead of me, denied my wife's coverage even though I have had continuous coverage at the same job with CIGNA for 4 years, and denied several portions of our claim package.
