Poor Prescription Delivery
My coverage dictates that we have to use Tel-Drug pharmacy for all chronic medications. My twins are Type 1 diabetics. They shipped the insulin to the wrong address, so it got sent back to the company. They sent it to my home address even though I had clearly stated and made them repeat back to me my work address. If you're not home and they're delivering insulin, it goes right back to the company because it has to be taken from the ice chest and immediately placed in a fridge. Did I ever get notified? Nooooooooo The rep also entered the wrong year in for my credit card, so the card got declined. Instead of calling me to tell me the scripts weren't being refilled, they just canceled the order.
