Poor Customer Service

In 2011, on Christmas Day 2011 we had the shed at the back of our property which we were using for storage burglarized. All of my camping gear, fishing gear, hunting gear and misc tools were all stolen. I filed a claim online the same day that we discovered what had happened and then I filed a police report too. Since then I have sent emails, left phone messages, and mailed letters to California Casualty. We have had 2 adjusters come out and take pictures of my storage shed and measure it. Since then, nothing has happened.
