BCBSMO began in 1940 and currently covers 240,000 subscribers across the entire state. Its network includes 1800 doctors and 59 hospitals. BCBSMO continues to be an active and responsible member of its community. It established The Caring Foundation in 1992 and sponsors the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana Governor’s Cup, which is the state’s largest fitness and running event.
