6 Rate Changes In 2 Months
They have changed my rates 6 times since I have had them and 3 times was before I even signed a contract. If I hadn't been in such a rush to switch because of my kids, I wouldn't have signed with them. Their customer service is the worst and they are not available when you need them. My newborn son needed treatment for his biliruben levers when he was only 5 days old before he ended up with serious liver damage and they were not open for us to verify the route of treatment covered so I ended up having to pick a provider and a treatment having no idea what I was picking. They will not pay the money and refuse to do so AFTER I was told by one of their claims agents that I will receive a check when she knew that I would not be receiving a check and it would go towards my deductible. They have the recording and did nothing not even offer an apology for this girls mistake.
Where is it?
Their website is buggy which is not only unprofessional, but also keeps BCBS customers from being able to make informed decisions.
Originally had individual insurance via my small business. Now in 2nd year with Part B & D via Medicare. I'm very happy with Customer Service. No problems with claims or payments.
