I am appalled at the complete lack of customer service at Amica. I had a claim a month ago and my so-called customer service representative never contacted me to tell me the status of my claim. I tried emails, telephone messages... all to no avail. When I finally talked to him for 30 seconds, he was rude, arrogant and rushed. He promised to call the next day and of course he did not. They unilaterally increased my homeowner's premiums every year without a complaint from me. When I finally have a claim, they refuse to process it.
