One Year To Settle ClaimMar 30 2012
I have been a customer of Amica for over 12 years, and the one thing that gets me is the poor customer service on claims. I had an auto which was totaled when my wife struck a dear. It took them a year before the claim was settled. The claims administrator was rude, arrogant, and dishonest. She complained about having too much work to do as the reason for it taking so long for her to get the claim finished. ONE YEAR!
