I had been an AMICA customer for 12 years and have noticed rapidly declining service by the company. They were real nice in the beginning, but recently I had some small fender benders. Not only did they report the wrong incidents, they also showed it as my error when it was really not. There were no bodily injury, yet they showed that there was. Neither the agent nor the supervisor was concerned. While I drove the car myself to the dealership, they have reported that they paid for towing. When contested, they said that for every incident an adjuster goes to review vehicle. These charges are shown as towing and there is nothing I can do about it. Along with all this they had doubled my insurance premium.
