You can report claims on-line. It can take as little as five minutes from the comfort of your home or office. Whether it is your auto or home that is damaged, the key word at Amica is choice.

Unlike many other insurers, repairing the damage to your auto or home can be as simple as obtaining one estimate from a contractor or repair facility of your choice. If you’re not sure who you’d like to repair the damage, one of our claims professionals can help through Amica’s Repair Assistance Programs.

Amica’s goal is to pay claims within 24 hours once the amount of the covered loss is agreed upon and the necessary documentation is received. In emergency situations, we can even electronically transfer funds to your local bank.

Even in the event of a major disaster, such as a hurricane, tornado, or earthquake, we help our customers to rebuild their lives quickly. Amica’s catastrophe (CAT) teams are deployed immediately into disaster areas to ensure that our policyholders receive the help they need as soon as possible.
