Amica is a very understanding company and I am very satisfied with the services offered. Amica always treats me with respect no matter what the situation. I remember an incident that happened a little over three years ago where my car was struck by another driver the damage was pretty bad, but after I got a couple of estimates and a copy of the police report, I filed a quick claim with Amica. I took the pictures necessary and an adjuster was at my house three days after the accident. I actually got the car repaired as it was damaged pretty good not totaled. The body work was a pretty large bill, but it got paid in full. I am thrilled that Amica wasted not a minute of my time. I plan to remain a valued customer as long as Amica continues to remain in the insurance business and to deliver unbeatable service.
I have been a customer of AMICA for many years and was previously satisfied with their service. As of late I have felt ignored and misled by AMICA. I repeatedly sent e-mails and made phone calls/ messages to find out why my rate had gone up, and after weeks still received no response.
After many years with no claims, they increased my payments to $700/month. I cannot figure out why they did this. I have no claims and no tickets.
Poor Service = Amica
It took them 3 months to respond to email, letter and fax, voice messages. Amica was trying to avoid paying for damaged items that were not known until the car was dismantled.
Tried and True
I adore Amica! I won't go to any other insurance company no matter how enticing the offer seems! Amica Insurance was there for me when my car was stolen and made the entire, dreadful event one that was a bit easier to deal with. When I found out my car was stolen I didn't know what to do other than be upset! I was shocked, angry and feeling very, very violated. How can someone just take off with my car? Still very upset I called the cops and they came to the site and took a report. They told me to call my insurance carrier and I thought to myself, is this going to effect me in some way in terms of my insurance? Will I still be able to keep my coverage if my car is recovered or get coverage on a replacement vehicle? I was petrified that the company would consider me a high risk and drop me - but they didn't. Amica Insurance talked me through each and everything I had to do and reassured me that I would remain in good status with them. I am grateful.
