Tired of Getting the Runaround!!Mar 29 2014
My cousin had a couple of policies with AGLA when she passed away we filled out the claim form and that claim was paid in a reasonable time. However we found out a few months ago that she had another policy but when we submitted the claim for it we have just been given the runaround. They keep mailing forms that ask for basically the same information just in different order with the last one we called with the funeral home employee (who helped fill out everything we have received) to be sure we had what they needed and mailed it back. Today I received another form saying they had asked for this before and we haven\'t responded? We have filled out and mailed back everything they have sent. This policy better pay like a million dollars for all the trouble it has been.
