My spouse and I were Allstate customers for about 4 years. We never had an incident where we had to use the coverage, but were very surprised how incompetent this organization was after trying to update our policy with the purchase of two new vehicles. I left the dealership uninsured for weeks due to my changes not \"pushing through\" the system. Several hours and phone calls would lead to information on the website still being inaccurate. When terminating our policy (and saving $150 a MONTH by doing so) we were given false information on 2 accounts saying we were entitled to a refund (when in reality, we ended up having to pay more). Overall, we spent way to much time communicating with this company to in return receive false information.
