It is most unfortunate that the staff (somewhere in the world, not in the U.S.) is misinformed as to the billing policies of the company. I was told clearly that there was an option to suspend one payment per six month period and have that amount distributed across the next three bills. Well apparently that is not the case. So I get the confirmation number and was told that my next three payments would reflect that distribution. Well guess what? It doesn't! They are billing me for the entire amount in the next bill. Not the amount I was given on the phone. This creates a hardship and they are saying that the option is not available. I even got the payment amounts from the rep on the phone. This lack of empowerment on the resolution people to even offer some relief is outrageous. They are very difficult to deal with and outsource their customer service making it even more difficult to deal with them.
