Horrible Customer ServiceMar 25 2012
I was with Allstate for about a year. They continued to raise my rates, but up until I filed a claim I stayed because I thought I was content with the service. A lady in my apartment complex came flying into the parking lot going 45 mph, and side swiped my brand new truck. As far as reporting it to Allstate and them taking care of me... I would call and call, and got no response. 4 months later, they still haven't handled my claim. And when I call their office, they don't return my calls. I had to call the corporate office to get in touch with someone regarding the HORRIBLE customer service they were providing me and to get information regarding my claim. They gave me the run around so I switched.
