I have been with Allstate for 15 years. In those 15 years I have have had 2 claims. In one accident I had some culpability. The second was when the other driver ran a red light and had limited insurance coverage. Both times Allstate made the process so painless. The customer service was excellent. Both times I submitted a claim and it was promptly taken care of. Each time I chose my own body shop and, again within days they had paid the bill. My claims adjuster worked very hard to get my rental car reimbursed from the other insurance carrier.
