I've been getting the run around with Aetna for one of my claims for almost a year. Different reps from different offices usually 1-put me on hold 2- apologize and say that they will put it on their task list 3- say they will call back but never do 4- make some excuse for the error like it was processed wrong or they need more information. 5- say it will take 7-10 days for it to be process. I have never had so much trouble for a claim. Some reps are nice and some make excuses. The bottom line is that the claim was approved and I still haven't been paid for my out of pocket expense.
