Our daughter spent several months in the hospital with a severe illness. We had Aetna Insurance and believed everything was going to be covered. Well, we haven't been denied our claim, but we haven't been approved either, and It's been 10 months since our daughter hospital stay. Repeated calls to Members Services got us absolutely nowhere! In fact, I really think some of the reps don't update their system when we call because sometimes we call and a new rep will answer and say that there are no notations about any previous calls made to the company!
