Cannot See a DoctorJul 12 2011
I called to get a list of doctors I am eligible to see. I then set an appointment with one of the doctors. I was told I was eligible to see him. Then on the day of the appointment, you guessed it, I got a call and was told I wasn't eligible to see said doctor. I calmly tried to contact Aetna. First nobody answers the phone, ever. Then the website acted up in more ways then I can count. I then registered (SORRY TRIED TO REGISTER) to the site, but even after entering the year of my birth, it kept saying "please enter year of birth". I then tried customer support. After technical support told me that I must "register or log in first" about 500 times, I finally got connected with technical support. Can anybody guess what happened next? Technical support told me that it was "currently going through some issues, but we would love to speak with you, please try again later". In the meantime, I haven't been able to see a doctor.
