Difficult Customer Service
I took out a health insurance policy for my son when he turned 23 and was released from our family policy. First they doubled the premium without telling us because he has ADHD, even though he never sees the doctor. He just takes medicine during school. Then they denied all of his claims because they said they did not have any information proving that he had prior insurance. Once this information was provided, claims were still getting denied for this same reason. I had to call customer service every time and tell them that they had the information and to please pay the claims. They would pay one claim and then the next would be denied.
