Cancelled For Non-Payment, On Auto-PaySep 16 2012
A couple months ago I got a notice in the mail that 21st Century had cancelled my home owner's insurance policy for non-payment. I explained that my payment is set up as a monthly auto bill pay online, so I couldn't understand why it was not processed properly. It has been set up this way for quite some time. 21st Century gave some vague explanation as to how the system didn't work properly on their end. However, in order to renew my policy, as they had fully cancelled it, I was going to have to pay a higher premium.
