Based on their service in just processing my payment, they will not represent you AT ALL and do not understand the word "customer." I also know people who were hit by 21st Century drivers, in that aftermath 21st Century did everything possible to delay and make it a nightmare every step of the way and tried to deny any payment multiple times even though their driver was determined to be at-fault. So if you want to pay *slightly* less in insurance to just throw your money down a well knowing the company will DO NOTHING FOR YOU should you actually need coverage, then this is the company for you!
