Unitrin Announces Estimated Hurricane Charley and Frances Losses

(NYSE:UTR) today announced that it expects that its net losses resulting from both Hurricanes Charley and Frances combined will be less than $10 million after-tax. Unitrin had previously disclosed that its net losses from Hurricane Charley alone would be less than $5 million after-tax.
