The Company Says Its Previously Raised Revenue Outlook is Unchanged
SACRAMENTO, Calif., Jan. 8, 2001 — InsWeb Corp. (Nasdaq: INSW) said today it will report financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal 2000 on Thurs., Feb 1., 2001, after the close of market. Previously, the company had planned to report its financial results Jan. 25.
The company said the date change is due solely to the re-scheduling of its quarterly board of directors meeting. InsWeb also said that its previously raised revenue outlook — approximately $5 million for the fourth quarter of 2000 — is unchanged.

Open to the public, a live Webcast of the conference call will be accessible at the Investor Relations section of the company’s Web site (www.insweb.com/about/financial/investor.htm).
