The Progressive Corporation announced today that it will host a one-hour conference call on Friday, February 29, 2008, beginning at 9:30 a.m. eastern time. Note that the call will begin one half hour later than the previously announced time. Progressive expects to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission and post its 2007 Shareholders’ Report, including the Letter to Shareholders from its President and CEO, Glenn Renwick, to its Web site at www.progressive.com/annualreport on February 27, 2008. Under Progressive’s conference call format, management will not make detailed comments in addition to these published reports, but will respond to questions at that time.
Simultaneous broadcasts of the conference call will be provided by phone and online.
