Ag Workers Mutual Auto Insurance Company Live on Insuresoft's Diamond System in 6 Months

Insuresoft, a leading provider of insurance software, announced today that Fort Worth, Texas based Ag Workers Mutual Auto Insurance Company and its subsidiary Worth Casualty Company have launched Insuresoft’s Diamond System throughout their offices in Texas.

“This is an exciting time for Ag Workers,” stated Terri Bates, AVP, Sr. Underwriter for Ag Workers Mutual Auto Insurance Company, “By ‘Going Live’ with The Diamond System, Ag Workers has gone from having very limited technology to having a fully functional policy processing system in a matter of only 6 months. The Insuresoft team did a wonderful job in helping us understand the capabilities of The Diamond System throughout their analysis of our business. They challenged us to think ‘outside the box’ when it came down to how we wanted our system to function.”

The Diamond System is a fully automated and integrated policy processing system for both personal and commercial insurance carriers. It is a scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solution for carrying out all business-critical insurance processing functions.

“During our vendor evaluation stage, Insuresoft impressed us with an emphasis on their commitment to excellence in customer service. Once we started working with their team, we often heard the phrase — ‘we do that’ and without having to incur additional charges,” Bates continued.

Chris Blair, Vice President of Product Management for Insuresoft added, “The Ag Worker’s team has been fantastic to work with. They approached this project with a great attitude and embraced the concept of implementing Insuresoft’s recommended practices to leverage Diamond’s many existing features and technology. We’re looking forward to a long and successful partnership.”

Not only has Insuresoft delivered The Diamond System to Ag Workers, as part of their collaborative approach with customers, Insuresoft will also deliver Chicago Style pizzas to the Ag Worker’s technology team in early December.

“The teamwork approach we have with our customers truly helps set Insuresoft apart from a lot of technology companies. Going Live on Diamond was the result of a number of people from Ag Workers and Insuresoft coming together to understand each other’s business,” says Tom Rowden, Director of Business Development for Insuresoft, “The pizza party simply helps to recognize the efforts of all involved and keeps the team spirit alive and well.”

About Agricultural Workers Mutual Auto Insurance Company: Founded in 1948, Agricultural Workers Mutual Auto Insurance Company (Ag Workers) has been providing Texas professionals in the fields of agricultural sciences, agricultural education, veterinary medicine, and family and consumer sciences with exceptional customer service for almost 60 years. Ag Workers continues to provide Texas professionals with quality, competitive insurance paying back a dividend of $l0,000,000 in 2007. Although a dividend is not guaranteed Ag Workers is big on tradition and has paid back every year since 1948 a total of $150,000,000. The company is a member-owned company that serves the niche market of Professional Agriculture policyholders in the state of Texas. Ag Workers does not employ agents and customers deal directly with our friendly home office staff. Ag Workers promise to their policyholders is to maintain a select-risk group of drivers, and deliver the highest quality of service possible thus building a lasting relationship that is mutually beneficial.

Ag Workers subsidiary company is Worth Casualty Company. Although anyone may apply for insurance with Worth, we adhere to select-risk underwriting guidelines that restrict eligibility to only the safest drivers. This is one way in which we are able to limit our losses and save policyholders as much as we can on their premiums. Worth does not limit applicants to certain professions, although we do specifically promote our products to educators and educational institutions. Worth is proud to be a supporter of Texas education in our schools and in our teachers’ professional associations.
