When I was rear-ended a few weeks ago by an uninsured motorist, Esurance gave me the name of a body shop that seriously underestimated repairs to my car. I then went to a better shop that quoted for all the needed repairs, and Esurance paid me within two days of getting the higher quote, for the full amount, with no hesitation. I am now dealing with the bodily injury adjuster for my claim. I don't have a settlement yet, (so I may be back to complain--I hope not). The personal injury adjuster has been very pleasant and all of my calls and emails to the adjusters have been answered quickly and professionally. There was one Esurance adjuster I spoke to who was rude and who led me to believe that Esurance would not pay for a rental car or pain and suffering (not true). I mentioned this to another adjuster, and the first one was suddenly pleasant and straightforward the next time we spoke. Overall, in more than four years of being an Esurance customer, I'd say they are one of the best companies of any kind that I have worked with.
