After being a customer for 10 years, my renters insurance went up. I also was told I had to pay for everyone else\'s claims. REALLY? After I asked more questions I was told by a rep, \" I know you don\'t understand how insurance works...\" You ask me questions. I answer. And we find a way to get to a number that is fair.
