Lucien began her career with AARP Publications in Lakewood, CA. in 1985. She relocated with the publications division to Washington DC in 1996 and has worked at all levels within the Production Department. Most recently, Lucien served as Production Manager where she managed the overall day-to-day production departmental operations. She will continue to represents AARP on the Alliance of Non-Profit Mailers Board of Directors. Lucien is a graduate of Chapman College in Orange, CA.

“Making things happen and doing them right are the strongest aspects of Traci’s personal character and her work ethic,” said Condit. “I am pleased to see her in this new position because she more than deserves it.”
