unitrin-the worst insurance I ever had

I paid more money for my unitrin policy than I have ever paid before.Everytime I renewed my rates just seemed to get higher and higher and they just said that everybody's rates were increasing.I finaly got fed up and changed insurance companies.I saved almost 2,000 dollars a year by switching.I told Unitrin that i was changing so now I am getting phone calls and bills for a prorated fee i supposedly owe them.Unitrin i think you have made plenty of money off of me.
