Customer Review - Unitrin

liars liars liars...... don't believe anything they say!!!!

Absolutely awful, I got hit by one of their high risk clients who rad a red light. Totaled my truck, hit my head and almost blacked out.

Its been a month and a half and I have not gotten anything from Unitrin insurance. Their insured admitted he was text messaging and wasn't paying attention when he sailed through the red light.

I have been fighting tooth and nail with them, refused to give me any rental car and giving appraisals $2000.00 below blue book.

E-mails back and forth saying one thing then denying it in the next e-mail of which I have copies.

I'm having to go through my own insurance company (farmers)
who is giving me Kelly blue book for my totaled truck $2000.00 more than they offered.

This company deserves to be sued and all their lies to come out in the open, pathetic but I can't afford it

If your in a similar situation with Unitrin insurance don't even bother to assume they will give you a fair shake. Just go through your own insurance company and save yourself at least a month and a half of lies, lies, lies, and a lot of aggravation.

I don't see how they can still be allowed to conduct business.
