employee says: it's true, they are as bad as people say

I work for the company ( for now). Everything you are reading is true. They have awful customer service, claims department does everything they can to keep from paying claims, underwriting dep. they hire off the streets, and have the highest rates.Oh and they also do everything they can to keep from paying their agents.I have worked for several insurance companys and have 15 years in the business. They are the worst!
