You better hope you're never on the opposing side of Unitrin

Unitrin is the opposing insurance company for a claim in which THEIR driver has been determined to be at fault. They have been unresponsive to requests for information, rude on the telephone, continued to call even after directed to contact my attorney and NOT me, gave delibrately false contact information (asked for a mailing address to send in claim for rental car reimbursement paperwork, was given an address, wrote it down carefully, repeated it to the rep, was assured I had the correct address, sent the information to that address and it was returned "no such number, undeliverable" )
etc.)

Granted, no one expects the opposing insurance company to pay without a little bit of resistance, but these people are borderline criminal as far as I am concerned...
