Waste of good Oxygen

My wife hit a deer and Just about totaled the car and the adjuster came to inspect the car 2 weeks after the accident and didn't ever get out of the car and said there was $1289 worth of damages (body damage) didn't even check under the hood where the transmission cool was totally destroyed.It has been 40 days and the Body shop still hasn't been payed. 2 days later the wife hit another deer with her rental, not near the damage to the car and they say the don't pay for that. and that car has already been repaired and back on the road and mine has even been started on yet. If you want to talk to someone in person - good luck with that. because they will transfer you then disconnect you, call back and there closed.
